Your role

Do you want to make a difference to the lives of young people aged 11-19 in Greater Manchester (GM) as part of a GM wide drive to improve young people’s life chances? Do you want to work as part of a well-established dynamic team in a stimulating environment and help deliver on the Mayor of Greater Manchester’s vision for a Curriculum for Life?

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is looking to appoint a unique individual to take on this is a critical role within the Work and Skills team as part of an exciting partnership with Health and Education.

The post holder will develop a Curriculum for Life Framework and deliver this to our well-established network of schools and colleges drawing upon the support of the Alliance for Learning Teaching School. The role will help us deliver opportunities to young people through strong partnership working and coordination.

This role requires a high degree of partnership management with a passion and tenacity for making a difference to the lives of young people.
