Your role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced digital trainer to join the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA). The role holder will be responsible for the creation and delivery of training for our corporate systems and the rollout of new technologies. Working with colleagues from across the organisation you will be confident in gathering requirements and translating these requirements into engaging training which will be delivered in a variety of ways including face to face, e-learning, videos and webinars.
About you:
We are looking for a person who has:
• Experience of delivering digital training in a variety of ways:
- Face to Face
- Webinars
- Video
- E-learning
• An ability to work independently and/or contribute and work as part of a busy team.
• An ability to organise own workloads.
• An ability to take the initiative and prioritise tasks effectively in line with team and directorate priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with colleagues from across the organisation.
• A high level of attention to detail and experience of undertaking UAT.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and an outstanding level of customer care.
• Effective time management skills, a good facilitator and planner.
• A relevant professional qualification.
Any experience of the following would be an advantage:
• Knowledge and experience of using e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline 365 and Camtasia.
• Knowledge and experience of using Office 365 and delivering virtual training via Teams
