An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for the role of Senior Mental Health BI Analyst within the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership. Leading across multiple work streams to develop a cross programme, collaborative BI function for mental health.

Mental Health transformation across Greater Manchester devolution is a unique proposition as we look to transform mental health services across the whole region. The multiple work streams seek to underpin this transformation, developing core and specialist service delivery with a view to improving care and outcomes for our patients.

The senior Mental Health BI Analyst will be critical in providing insight and collaboration across multiple stakeholders within MH Trusts, Commissioners, Transformation Leads and 3rd Sector organisations. Building stakeholder relationships requires strong organisational and time management skills to deliver confidence across the whole programme. As an analyst within the GMHSCP BI team you will be an experience analyst with a mix of technical and practical skills to deliver collaborative pieces of work across partnership organisations.

The role will require strong engagement though existing GM forums as well as developing task and finish groups to deliver ground-breaking pieces of work within a modern BI infrastructure. The existing BI team has rolled out a collaborative BI Tableau platform, which will be utilised to deliver reports across GMHSCP organisations. We have a solid data platform as well as several existing local data flows ready for this post holder to build upon.
