Your role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our evolving Organisational Development team. The role holder will help to design and deliver leadership programmes that support the GMCA’s ambition to create and develop high performing leaders that deliver on GMCA and GMFRS strategies and vision for the future. The role holder will also be instrumental in providing support to individuals and teams across the organisation in a variety of ways including employee engagement support, OD interventions and developing culture.
We are a small and highly motivated team, looking for the right candidate to join us as we implement new OD initiatives across the organisation, and support the ongoing work regarding organisational culture and change. The role holder will report directly to the OD and Culture Manager and will be supported by an OD and Culture Advisor, and the projects covered will be interesting and diverse.
Alongside this, the role will also support activities and plans that enable the organisation to develop a culture of responsibility, accountability, performance and service improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone to get involved in a wide range of different aspects of organisational development and culture.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent relationship building and communication skills. They will be organised, committed and able to work well under pressure.
We are looking for someone with experience in delivering leadership development programmes, and a background in Organisational Development who can work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment. If you have experience of delivering projects and results, then we want to hear from you.
