Are you motivated by providing a high quality service and resolving problems across a wide range of computing, networking and telecommunications services?

Due to increased service requirements, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Second Line Support technician to join our well established team who provide IT help-desk support across the whole organisation, including office based teams as well as those working in remote sites.

You will deliver a range of computer and IT services, such as providing IT support to a wide range of teams, including recording, reporting and managing faults within the IT Helpdesk; acting as a key escalation point within the IS Serviceline Team providing informative communications to customers; and identifying opportunities for new technologies within the organisation.

You will have demonstrable knowledge of computing and technology, having significant experience of working within an IT Helpdesk environment, together with excellent communication and customer service skills and will be able to work effectively within a team environment and be flexible to cover different working patterns. Significant experience gained within an ITIL based service support area qualified to a minimum of ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation certification, and a current full UK driving licence.
