Digital Change Manager - Early Years Digitisation

Salary from £40,760 - £44,632

Hours: Full Time (36.25 hours per week)

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months                                          
Location: Churchgate House, Manchester Centre
 

Your role: -

 

You will be working as a Change Manager in the GMCA Digital Team, and specifically, working to digitise Early Years services by working with the project team in implementing innovative digital solutions across those services in Greater Manchester. You will be a key contact between the GMCA and stakeholders, ensuring that change is fully embedded to achieve the maximum benefit.

 

About you -

 

You will be an experienced Change Manager with significant experience in managing digital and transformational change across the public sector. You will be experienced in working cross-organisationally and to many different stakeholder groups and have demonstrative experience in managing change of this nature successfully. You will be a flexible Change Manager and an excellent communicator. You must be able to accurately communicate technical ideas and solutions to non-technical stakeholders ensuring the benefit of implementing solutions is understood. You will be experienced in change management methodology and have proven experience of managing change using this methodology in comparable environments.
