Role Profile

Your role: -

We want every child in Greater Manchester to have the best start in life. This means that every child grows up in an environment that nurtures their development, derives safety and security from their parents/care givers, accesses high quality early years services and starts school ready to learn. To support our ambition, we’re delivering a two year programme of work with partners across Greater Manchester to improve outcomes for children and families. You’ll be providing flexible administrative support across the programme of work, working across organisations and partners to deliver improvements.

About you –

We’re looking for someone with experience of delivering effective administrative support to deadlines and working in project /programme environment with multiple areas of activity and different stakeholder groups. You’ll have strong organisational skills, be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative to take work forward. You’ll also be an excellent communicator with experience at drafting or writing communications material such as web content or news stories. Crucially, you’ll be passionate about making a difference to the lives of children in Greater Manchester.
