Your role: -
The Quality, Data and Compliance Coordinator is an exciting role supporting all matters relating to Academy Learning, in particular Apprenticeships. You will support, oversee and take responsibility for the processing and checking of learning management systems, processes and information in line with policies and best practice guidelines. Reporting into the Compliance and Quality Assurance Senior Adviser, ensuring that as an Employer-Provider, GMCA is compliant with ESFA Funding Rules and offering a high-quality apprenticeship provision.
This role will work as part of the Learning and Development Team within HROD at the GMCA and will provide a quality assurance support service across the wider organisation working closely with the Fire Service’s Training Function. This role gives us the opportunity as an organisation and directorate to shape the future of Apprenticeships and have a real impact on the evolving workforce within the GMCA. You will be part of a dedicated, experienced and welcoming team with the drive to deliver the best learning offer. We value the individual and take pride in everything we do.
About you: -
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting apprenticeship provision and quality improvement plans and processes to ensure a good quality learner experience. You must be an excellent communicator with experience of delivering effective customer service and have experience of utilising a variety of learning management systems.
